Incredible Gluten Free pizza!! Any pizza on the menu can be made on a gluten free crust. If you are celiac, they will open new containers (of cheese, for instance) to make sure there's no cross-contamination. We had a delicious salad with pears, and two GF pizzas. One had white sauce, mushrooms and truffle oil. The other was the daily special with tomato sauce, cheese, arugula and Spanish ham.
Everything was fantastic, one of the best GF pizza crusts I've ever tasted. Made from scratch right there. The staff were all very nice, spoke English and Spanish. Highly recommend visiting here when you're in Pontevedra.- Tipo de comida

The pizza is one of if not the best I’ve ever eaten, it was cheesy, the sauce was amazing, and the crust was on point, this is definitely getting into my list of must have restaurants in the world for at least one in your life.

Our best meal in Portugal! Everything was excellent- the salad (with pear’s & walnuts); the Aperol Spritz; the sausage & bitter greens pizza; the cannoli & coffee. Wow! And then the friendly staff made it even more wonderful!

The owner was so helpful, even called a cab for us after we ate and came outside to see if the cab had come yet. Atmosphere was nice. The pizza and appetizers were amazing. Would definitely love to go back if we’re ever in Pontevedra again.

Delicious and kind service!!! Super delicious and perfect for pilgrims after a day of walking.
We had Pinsa Calabrese and the Perbacco with jamón is amazing. Very tasty, amazing service and pleasant terrace. They also served amazing Chianti wine. Definitely a good place to experience some Italian cuisine. PS: Also Pinsa Gallego is extraordinary!

Lovely place with tasty, authentic pizza and a cozy vibe. What really stood out was the amazing service — the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. Their warmth and kindness truly made the difference. Highly recommended!

While walking the Camino we were looking for a pizza place in Pontevedra and came across Perbacco. We learned that they actually make Pinsa and not pizza. The feel of the lighter dough in your mouth is indescribable and the tomato sauce and cheese together with the toppings are a delight. If I could find pinsa everywhere, I would never have pizza again. The young owner, Gaia, made the experience even more delightful with her perfect English and charming nature.- Comida
